Classes are led and shared by experienced professional fighter and motivator Thomas “Thunderkick” Longacre who inspires people with his Warrior mentality. A combination of men and women ages 13 and up are encouraged to go at their own pace and intensity level based on their discipline and motivation. The high intensity kickboxing combinations are combined with strength training and core development to help build muscle and lose weight. This is not the typical cardio workout, it’s an experience that promotes confidence, relieves stress, and builds a healthy lifestyle.
